For those wanting a gourmet week, a weekly menu could look like this

Monday                               Spring rolls, Nasi Goreng (Malaysian fried rice) , stir fried oriental vegetables with or without chicken.

Tuesday                               Vegetable au gratin with garlic basil home baked bread.

Wednesday                        Chicken Roulade

Thursday                             Spaghetti or Penne with three way cooked fresh tomato basil sauce or a lamb / chicken Bolognese

Friday                                    Moussaka (A classic Greek dish made with layers of Aubergine potatoes spiced meat and topped with a Bechamel sauce, vegetarian variable available)

Saturday                              Whole roast chicken marinated with celery salt and cooked with fresh garden herbs served with glazed                                                      vegetables

Sunday                                   Shepherd’s pie and Apple cake
